Every winter, we wear a thick down jacket to keep warm, and it is easy to catch a cold. Machine tools are also excluded. Extremely cold weather and humid environments can reduce the reliability of CNC machine tools, rust the printed circuit boards and connectors, and increase the electrical faults of the machine tools. Therefore, in the cold and blizzard weather, we must pay attention to the maintenance of the machine tool. For machine tool industry companies, how do we maintain machine tools?
Pay attention to the following points:
First, the CNC machine tool should be placed in a constant temperature environment, the working environment temperature should be between 0 ~ 35 °C. Avoid the influence of sunlight on the direct exposure of thermal radiation to CNC machine tools to avoid the effects of moisture and airflow. Generally, the numerical control electric control box is internally provided with an exhaust fan to keep the electronic components, especially the central processing unit, with a constant operating temperature or a small temperature difference. Extremely low temperatures or instability will result in reduced life of the control system components and lead to increased failure. At the same time, the room should be equipped with good lighting equipment.
Second, in order to improve the precision of the machined parts and reduce the deformation of the machine tool, if there are conditions, the CNC machine tool can be installed in a relatively closed factory building with air conditioning equipment.
Third, the working environment relative humidity should be less than 75%, the increase in humidity, increased dust will cause bonding on the integrated circuit board, and lead to short circuit. Therefore, in the rain and snow weather, pay special attention to the working environment and try to keep it dry.
Fourth, CNC machine tools should be installed in a place away from liquid splashes, and prevent plant leakage. Keep away from excessive dust and corrosive gases, while away from equipment with high vibrations (such as punches) and equipment with electromagnetic interference.
