Large parts such as bed, workbench, sliding seat, column and headstock are made of high-strength cast iron, and the shape is made of resin sand. The two aging treatments eliminate stress. Improve the stability of large parts and the whole machine, effectively suppressing machine deformation and vibration caused by cutting force.

The X, 丫 and Z-axis guide rails are composed of cast iron quenching guide rails and Teflon-coated rail guide plates, which have good wear resistance, small friction coefficient, stable movement, high rigidity, low speed without creep, high precision and long service life.
